The North Kawartha Fire Department Annual Christmas Toy DriveNovember 1 to December 16, 2022
Toys are needed for children from infant up to the age of 16 years old.
All toys will be distributed to in-need children in the municipality of North Kawartha.
New, unwrapped toys are gratefully accepted from November 1 to December 16th, 2022 at the following participating locations:

Special Clean-Up Days

The Township of North Kawartha hosts Special Clean-Up Days at the Anstruther Transfer Station, the last of which are the Fall Clean-Up Days on Sunday, October 9th and Thanksgiving Monday, October 10th from 10 am to 4 pm both days.
At this event the Anstruther Transfer Station will accept items such as mattresses, couches/sectionals, and love seats/recliners (tipping fees will apply to these items).
