Parks and Recreation

We are very active in culture and recreation programming. We run the North Kawartha youth sports, figure skating club, men's hockey, fitness programs and the swim program at Chandos Beach, Quarry Bay Beach, and Jack Lake.

We are also responsible for many special activities that include various types of performances, celebrations, and festivities. Additionally, we work closely with other community groups to ensure the success of their events.

We have a very modest staff complement of 5 full-time, 3 part-time, and 5 seasonal students to accomplish the above.
