Recreation Programs
We offer a variety of recreation programs. In addition to annual seasonal programs such as baseball, gymnastics, soccer, swimming, an adult hockey league, and figure skating, we also sponsor other programs such as ping pong, adult pickleball, pick-up hockey, and plenty of public skating.
We work closely with the AMHA (Apsley Minor Hockey Association), and host a Junior C hockey team - the North Kawartha Knights. There is also the fully-equipped NKCC Fitness Centre, and various fitness classes are offered. In the Summer there are beach volleyball, basketball, and tennis/pickleball courts, as well as a baseball diamond at Wilson Park. And we are always open to looking at new program ideas. For more detailed information on our recreation programs, please choose from the drop-downs below, or contact us at 705-656-4445.
