Pubic Notice: Victoria Day, May 19, 2025
The Municipal office will be closed on Monday, May 19, 2025, for Victoria Day and will re-open on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 9:00 am with normal business hours.
Parks & Recreation
The North Kawartha Community and Fitness Centre will be open with weekend hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, on Monday, May 19, 2025.
Garbage & Recycling
Per the winter schedule, the Haultain and Anstruther Transfer Stations will be open on Victoria Day with Sunday hours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Curbside Garbage and Recycling collection will operate as normal. Please have your material out at the curbside by 7:00 am.
For missed curbside garbage collection, please call Waste Connections at 705-742-4268 and for missed curbside recycling collection, please call Emterra at 1-888-597-1541.
