2026 Interim Property Tax Bills Issued

The Township of North Kawartha has issued the 2026 Interim Property Tax Bills to property owners. Bills have been sent by mail or email, depending on each resident’s selected delivery preference.

Interim Property Tax Installment Due Dates:

• March 27, 2026
• May 27, 2026

Important information for residents on Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP):

If you are enrolled in a Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PAP), you will still receive a tax bill. 
This bill is for information purposes only. Your payments will continue to be withdrawn automatically, and no action is required. The same applies if your mortgage company pays your property taxes directly.

Go paperless:

Residents can choose to receive future property tax bills by email instead of mail. Sign up by completing the Email Consent Form .
