Canada Revenue Agency Scam Alert Notice

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has released a scam alert to bring awareness to Canadians about misinformation circulating online regarding extra payments to low-income seniors. There are websites with false information about benefits and some contain links to join online instant messaging groups. 

Remember:

• The CRA does not send messages through instant online platforms 
• Do not click on unknown or suspicious links
