Notice of Construction: Apsley Parking Lot Project at 143 Burleigh Street 

The Township of North Kawartha, in consultation with Peterborough County, advises residents, businesses, and visitors of upcoming construction activities related to the development of a new asphalt parking lot at 143 Burleigh Street, Apsley. 

Construction is scheduled to begin during the week of October 5, 2026, and is anticipated to continue until November 30, 2026, weather permitting. 

During construction, motorists should expect single-lane road restrictions in the area of the construction project, which may result in temporary traffic delays. Residents are encouraged to plan accordingly and exercise caution when travelling through the construction zone.
