Unexpected Service Disruption on Thursday, July 2, 2026

The Township of North Kawartha is currently experiencing an unplanned telephone and internet service disruption at the Municipal Office, 280 Burleigh Street, Apsley.

The Municipal Office remains open to the public.

Due to the outage, staff are currently unable to answer or return telephone calls, access email, or process debit payments. Residents are welcome to leave a voicemail message. Staff will respond to telephone and email inquiries once service has been restored. Payments by cash or cheque continue to be accepted.

Please note that the North Kawartha Community Centre (NKCC) is not affected by this service disruption and continues to operate as scheduled at this time.

The estimated resolution is by the end of the day. We will provide notification once services have been restored.
