Road Closure Notice – Spring Flood Damage

The Township of North Kawartha is advising residents that several Township roads are currently closed due to damage caused by spring flooding.

The following roads are affected:

• Hogan Lake Road
• Mindle Road
• Bush Road
• Tallon Lake Road (remains closed)

These closures have been implemented to ensure public safety and to prevent further deterioration of the road network.

Public Works staff will be addressing repairs on these limited-service roads as time and conditions permit. The Township will provide updates as additional information becomes available.

Safety Precautions:

Residents and road users are reminded to:

• Obey all road closure signage and barriers
• Avoid travelling on closed or flooded roadways
• Watch for Public Works staff and equipment in active work areas
• Use caution and plan alternate routes where necessary
