By-Laws

By-law under the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, chap. P.13, as amended, to amend Zoning By-Law #26-2013, with respect to certain lands described as Part Lot 3, Concession 8, in the geographic area of Burleigh, in the County of Peterborough, Roll # 1536-020-001-82300.

By-law under the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, chap. P.13, as amended, to amend Zoning By-Law #26-2013, with respect to certain lands described as Part Lot 4, Concession 2, in the geographic area of Burleigh, in the County of Peterborough, Roll # 1536-020-001-16202.

By-law to provide for the payment of taxes during the current year and to provide for penalty/interest to be applied on unpaid taxes for the current year and previous years for the Township of North Kawartha.

By-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to enter into the Agreement for Ontario Fire Protection Grant Transfer Payment with His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Solicitor General.

By-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to enter into the Ontario Transfer Payment Agreement for Pothole Prevention and Repair Program with His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Hon. Minister of Transportation.

By-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to enter into the Agreement for the Municipal Ice storm Assistance Program Transfer Payment Agreement with His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
