By-Laws
By-Law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to enter into a licence of occupation agreement with Rachael and Craig Wymer, to establish the terms under which the licensee would be given permission to repair/renovate, including replacement of piers and deck on the existing cottage located on the original shore road allowance; Schedule A, B and C
By-Law to approve Change Order # 1 pertaining to the Depot Operations Agreement 2024-01-111 between The Corporation of the Township of North Kawartha and Circular Materials Ontario (CMO) and further that By-Law 2023-0080 being a by-law to provide for all collection, haulage, and processing of all two-stream blue box recycling materials from the Anstruther and Haultain Transfer Stations be amended to include the changes to the Depot Operations Agreement 2024-01-111 with items in Change Order # 1.
